What is Bottom-up coaching?
Bottom-up coaching is an approach that starts with the body and nervous system rather than the mind and thoughts. Instead of trying to “think your way” into change (a top-down approach), bottom-up coaching helps clients regulate, process, and build awareness through sensation, movement, breath, and embodied practices.
